Does the CDC use the NIH salary (executive level II) cap? I am preparing a proposal to CDC and wasn’t sure if I should use the NIH cap in the budget calculation. Please advise. Thank you.

CDC is a DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) agency, so yes, the cap applies.
