DHR Unique Identifier - Research Matters

DHR has requested a Unique Identifier for their grants starting July 2017. They stated this is something they get every year. DHR said the one they received last year was 2016/DHR/UMB/03. Is this something we gave them from this campus?

Normally, the state agency provides this unique identifier to UMB. Should no unique identifier be given, UMB (ORD) will assign a unique identifier. This unique number will be created when UMB submits the required state agreement report in July.
