Do we also apply the 25k F&A cap on sub sites for clinical trials and corporate agreements (although F&A on these type of agreements is TDC based?)

Since the F&A rate on Clinical Trials and Corporate Contracts is TDC (Total Direct Costs). We should get F&A on the total amount of subaward budgets.
