Am I able to request an eRA Commons User ID for key personnel who will be on a subaward of a grant submitted by a PI at UMB? This is an international subawardee in Nigeria with 2 key personnel who do not have a User ID. The grant is due January 5th 2017.

That person can have a eRA Commons User ID with a role of “Project_Personnel”.  Please forward each applicant’s full name and an email address to Colin Hunter.
