Can KC be used for the F31 (Pre-doc) or F32 (Post-doc) fellowship applications due in August?

SPA along with CITS is currently testing KC forms D for the F-Series applications. At this time, testing has not been completed. If you have an application that is ready for submission, please use an Adobe package or ASSIST.
