What should we name the files being uploaded to KC narrative section? What information should be added in the Description field in KC?

Attachment file names should be fairly short. Avoid spaces and special characters. The description (in the Description field) for an attachment being uploaded into Kuali Coeus should be short – fewer than 30 characters including spaces – and avoid special characters.
Longer file names and attachment descriptions can cause Grants.gov submission errors that are hard to troubleshoot. SPA has discovered these errors on the budget justification, the “Other” attachment type, and elsewhere.
