I don’t understand why the address for the other organization that I added is not showing up in Kuali Coeus.

In Kuali Coeus on the Proposal tab, you only see the address for Performance Sites, which are locations where UMB investigators are working.
You do NOT see the address for Other Organizations, which is how you should add all subrecipients. By adding the subrecipients here, the DUNS and Congressional District (and the “official” address) will print to the NIH Performance Sites form. Here is a screenshot showing how it routinely looks in KC.
