How do you enter a subaward budget in a non system-to-system proposal?

1. If a budget is not attached in the attachment section of the proposal, the subaward budget costs should be entered in KC as it would be entered in a S2S proposal using the following lines:
For subs that are less than $25K
Subcontract <= 25K (this would be the Direct Costs of the sub)
Subcontract <=25K F&A (this would be the total F&A of the sub)
For subs that are greater than $25K
Subcontract <=25K (this should be $25,000)
Subcontract >=25K (this should be subs direct costs – $25,000)
Subcontract >=25K F&A (this should be the total F&A requested by the sub)
2. If there is a budget attached and that budget shows the costs breakdown, ie, the subs direct and F&A, you may enter the subaward in one line of the KC budget.
