Are Inclusion Enrollment forms needed for administrative supplements? If so, should it only pertain to te portion that the supplement will be assisting?

Per the NIH Instructions for Administrative supplements all forms must be completed for the supplemental activities only and must not reflect funding or activities for the previously awarded parent award.
