What is the policy for depts/schools in sharing in DRIF designation. Is this a requirement ? The Memo of Understanding for Collaboration Routings indicates that the DRIF designation is at the discretion of the department. If i receive a MOC from another school with a DRIF designation, what are my options?

In Kuali Research, when adding another Investigator from a different department, the Aggregator will need to give the Department Administrator from the other Department view rights so that they may access the proposal. As a reminder, the old form is no longer needed/required because it is handled via Kuali Research now; however, in a situation where a proposal has already been routed and access was not given the other Investigator’s Department Administrator, then the DRIF from can be used, (please indicate that circumstance when submitting the form).
