How do I cancel or delete a proposal in kuali research when the PI is no more interested in submission to the sponsor?

UMB, SPA does not cancel or delete proposals once initiated in KR. If the PI is no longer interested in submitting that proposal, recall back to the department level. You may either use that proposal for another application (provided it falls under the same lead unit) or mark the proposal “DO NOT USE”. If you have any questions, please contact your SPA team.
