I have a program announcement that requires the key personnel to be listed in the detailed budget. How do I add non UMB employees to a KC detailed budget?

In order to add people to the budget, they must be in the Employee look-up, which means they must be either UMB employees or non-employee affiliates added in the Community System with the request for Coeus access. Usually, the most common non-UMB employees that would be included in a proposal budget are UMMS and FPI employees.
