How is the Program Project Grant (PPG) managed in terms of KC routing and proposal ASSIST package preparation/submission?

When an NIH Program Grant is being submitted prior approve must be received from SPA before ASSIST/Adobe Packet may be used as the submission vehicle. Once approval is obtained a copy of the assist/adobe proposal will need to be up loaded into KC Attachments and then routed  before it can be submitted in Assist/Adobe.
