For RFA-MH-16-425, we are allowed to include a 4-page document to cover “Study Participant and Recruitment Descriptors.” In KC I put this under “other” in the attachments section. Is this the correct place to put this for the system-to-system submission?”

Yes, this is correct placement in KC. Please note, per the announcement, this section should also address, Milestones and Timeline & Information for FDA-regulated devices and device based interventions.
