If we are the subcontract & have a cost reimburseable subaward, do we need to route the new subaward agreements in Kuali every year if we originally submitted the proposal with the full performance period?

You will need to route each year of funding if it was not awarded with the initial award. Meaning, if the subaward was for all 5 years and UMB was awarded all of the funding for all years, routing would not be required.
However, if UMB was awarded one year of funding, each year must be routed regardless if all years were routed in the original proposal.
